PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE IN ANTALYA

We are a small family run private catering business operating within Antalya in Turkey and providing personal Chef service for meal for two to six course dinner party for up to twenty guests, we are dedicated to making your dinner event a success.

We will discuss your individual requirements which we have many sample menus of Turkish Cuisine and ideas to share it with you.

Menus are taylor made to suit your specific requirements with anything from 3 –6 courses taking into account seasonal variations as well as you and your guests preferences.

We can get the ingredients for you if required as part of our service.

We will come to your home on the day and work in the background preparing and cooking your delicious meal before your guests arrive.

Your kitchen will be left spotless once meal is prepared and ready to be served before your guests arrive.

If you require a waiter or a butler for the evening, we can provide this service for you. There is an extra charge for this service.

We will in this case, serve your Customers in a most professional manner untill all meals served and their coffee' or liquires served.

If cutlery, crockery, and cooking equipment has been provided by us, then there will be an additional charge, depending on quantity and the quality of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Table linen, glassware, flowers are also optional extras.

Our most basic menu is shown below:

Shepherd Salad :lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh lime corn, parsley, green pepper, lemon juice and olive oil green peppers, parsley and fresh lemon juice

Cacik :finely chopped baby cucumbers blended with garlic yogurt dill, olive oil and mint

Stuffed Vine Leaves :fresh vine leaves stuffed with rice, currants, pine nuts, herbs cooked with olive oil

Vegetable Casserole :mixed sauteed vegetables baked in tomato sauce served with rice

Dessert :Flour Halva with pine nuts Sprinkled with cinnamon
