Answer   : Yes , you will be picked up from your Hotel where ever you stay.

Question : What are the exact Pick Up Times?
Answer   : Pick Up Times various depending where your Hotel is. Once you book your excursion we will then let you know in our confirmation email What Time you will be picked up.

Question : Are drinks included on excursions where meals are included.
Answer   : No, drinks are not included.

Question : Can I take the pushchair with me ?
Answer   :Yes , there is allways space on board or Bus, book in advance.
Question : We are large group , can we arrange private tour ?

Refund Policy :

Due to limited space , most of the time we have to refuse to provide service to some customers, if you decide to cancel prior to short notice this will result a loss in the business, this is why we have set up a guide line to our refund policy:
You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a hotel booking three day before your stay, or anytime thereafter.
You will be unable to obtain a refund a trip booking the week before of tripday, or anytime thereafter.
You will be unable to obtain a refund for a transfer the week before your transfer, or anytime thereafter.
Where it is possible to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15.
Where any amendment to a booking reduces the total number of rooms or nights required, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 per room, per night.
