Due to limited space , most of the time we have to refuse to provide service to some customers, if you decide to cancel prior to short notice this will result a loss in the business, this is why we have set up a guide line to our refund policy:
You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a hotel booking three day before your stay, or anytime thereafter.
You will be unable to obtain a refund a trip booking the week before of tripday, or anytime thereafter.
