thisisTurkey.net provides Airport Transfers to Istanbul and excursions in the surrounding area including Car Hire and accommodation through Local Agencies in the sultanahmet area.

thisisTurkey.net operate to an agency model. This means that we act as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers, such as a Travel Agents, Hotel or a Restaurant, Boat Owners. What this means is that the contract for the product and services are between you and the supplier.

In all cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to that product and services.

This means, if you do book any service with thisisTurkey.net third parties Terms and Conditions will apply. Services you wish to book or have booked trough thisisTurkey.net are insured with the third parties, which are the local travel agencies,and not with thisisTurkey.net.

By booking through thisisTurkey.net you do agree that thisisTurkey.net acts as booking agency and does not supply additional insurance protection other then the travel agencies its own insurance.

Please do not violate copyright infringement. if any content including any Image copied without consent you must remove these without fail as soon as possible. Otherwise we will go through the process of reporting content that we believe warrants removal from Google's services based on applicable laws. This may result in removing your website from googles list.

EXCURSIONS

1- Customers with preexisting medical conditions (e.g nut allergy) must inform us at the time of booking, this is important for us.

2-Children must accompanied by leagl guardians at all time, and legal guardians are alone fully responsible for their Children.

3-If you do not turned up on aggreed time, we will get a signed paper from the hotel security and/or of your receptionist showing you were not at present on agreed time. In this case you will be not refunded.

4-If you decide to cancel the trip and request a full refund then you must do this 48 hours before the trip. After this we have the right to refuse refund you in full.

5-What ever trip you book with Panda Tours, you are fully insured.

6-On all trips Children aged 0-6 are half price 6 and over full price

7-We reserve the right to make any changes on routes,vehicles,boats we use.

8-Tour guide has the final say during the tour regarding the route, places to see and return time.

9-We reserve the right to make changes on our prices, dates and time without giving any prior notice on this site or any other sites.We will take every possible steps to inform our pre-booked customers if such thing effects them.
