TURKISH BATH IN ISTANBUL

Turkish Bath or Hamam as they call it in Turkey can be a terrific experience and must be inlcuded on your todo list.

There are many touristic turkish baths scattered around the city, dont be fooled by these.

We will take you to a proper Turkish Bath dating back to 15 century. Gedik Pasa Hamam was build by the Grand Vezier Gedikli Ahmed Pasha in 1474-1477

In this Hamam Women and Man sections are seperated.

You will be picked up at the arranged time from your Hotel and brought to Hamam. Private lockers , changing cabinets are available for your privacy and Towels will be provided to wrap around your waist and women must wrap it from chest.

Once you sweat and your skin softens the Tellah (the masseur in Hamam) will give you a very good scrub, wash all you from top to toe, masages you and finally foam soaps you

when all done, you will be wrapped with fresh towels and guided to rest room where refreshments will be offered by the staff.

You will be taking back to your Hotel when ever you are ready.
