ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1- You do get picked up where ever you stay, Pick Up points are the main entrance gates of each and every hotel.

2- You will be returned back after the excursions to the point where you have been picked up in the morning.

3- Every customers who books a trip or a service which conducted by us (A&S Travel agency) is fully insured.

4- You can pay with any currency, Sterling, Euro, Turkish Lira or dollars

5- You can pay by credit and/or debit card

6- You dont have to make a full payment at the time of booking, you can pay a small amount of deposit and rest can be paid on the day we pick you up.

7- If you are a large group, it is possible to arrange a private Trip for your party only

8- All our Vehicles are Air conditioned

9-During the excursion information language is english only

10- On some of our excursions Lunch is included, to find out which ones, please refer to the page of that excursion you are interested in.

11-Sorry, drinks are not included within the price.

12-We can not be held responsible for the loss of your valuable items during the excursions, therefore please do keep it with you at all times.
